There is a saying, from The Brain Podcast, "named to tame it" if we are good at identifying our emotions we can act on them. Is not the same saying I'm stress than I'm anxious the tool that you are going to use for it are different. So do we know what are the differences emotions? well me not so I found this app "How we Feel", from [[Marc Brackett]] the writer of Permission to Feel, divide the emotions in four:
