Data Controller

Mauricio Saglietto is the data controller for msaglietto.com, a personal digital garden and commonplace book. If you have any questions about how this site handles your data, you can reach me at hello@msaglietto.com.

What I Collect

The site itself collects no personal data through its own application code. However, Deno Deploy — the infrastructure that hosts msaglietto.com — automatically records standard server logs. These logs include your IP address, the timestamp of the request, the URL you requested, the HTTP method used, and your browser's user-agent string. This data is retained according to Deno Deploy's own privacy policy. I do not access or process these logs myself.

Cookies & Analytics

This site sets no cookies. There are no analytics scripts — no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom, nothing. There are no tracking pixels and no browser fingerprinting. When you visit msaglietto.com, no information about your visit is collected, stored, or transmitted by this site's own code.

Third-Party Services

This site includes a Ko-fi donation link. If you choose to click that link and make a donation, Ko-fi will process your transaction. At that point, Ko-fi's own privacy policy governs how your data is handled — you can read it at https://more.ko-fi.com/privacy. Simply visiting msaglietto.com does not send any data to Ko-fi.

Your GDPR Rights

If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): the right to access, rectify, erase, and port any personal data held about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact me at hello@msaglietto.com. Because this site collects no personal data beyond the server logs managed by Deno Deploy's infrastructure, most requests are trivially fulfilled — there is simply nothing stored here to retrieve or erase.
