Writing for Clarity Just write what you are thinking of
Write to break your mindset Look a way to move pass an idea that is in your head when you are to fixated in something Ex: - Imagine 6 impossible things - How can I make someone else happy right now? - What it is something on my inmmediate enviroment that I have not noted
Daily Reflections Driven for some common questions:
- What excites me?
- What drained me of my energy?
- What did I learn?
- What are 10 things I'm grateful for?
- How do I push the needle forward?
Habits and Lifestyle Audit List your daily actions and clasified them as good or bad to see how your general life is going
Write when bad thing happen Analyze what happened throug question reflection
- What happened objectively?
- What did I make it mean?
- How would I comfort a friend I loved if this happened to them?
- How is that the best thing that has ever happened to me?
Write your anxaities Divide your thinking into Fears | Fixes | The outcome I would bet on
Journaling for todos and direcctions List all your todos / wantdos and analyse:
- What is not negotiable
- what is exiting
- What on my list, if done, would make everyting else easier?
- what of these, if the opportunity was taken away from me, would I fight to get back?
- What 20% of activities are producing 80% of the results?
Decision Making What is the problem What is the problem Decision in 60 sec Could I live with this outcome? What this would look like if it were easy?
